It would be difficult to overstate the quality of service we received from Synergy on the installation and commissioning of our brewhouse. Gavin and Kieren consistently went above and beyond to ensure all of our equipment was installed well within spec, and their keen eye for detail saw potential problems identified and fixed before we even started brewing. As a result, we were able to hit the ground running with a fully operational brewhouse producing great beer from day one. I have used Gavin for a few separate purchases and have found him punctual and thorough in both experiences. The first was the purchase of a canning line and auxiliary equipment and Gavin did his best to ensure a timely and thorough install despite it being the first Australian install. The second experience was an urgent case sealer machine and date coder as ours broke during packaging and we needed another one within the week. Gavin was brilliant in providing us with numerous quotes and options and delivering the new equipment within the week.
